Overview

Fordham University is a venerable Jesuit institution, founded in 1841. Fordham students thrive in an intellectually challenging environment that seeks to foster the education of the “whole person,” including moral and ethical development. The promotion of social justice has long been a concern within Fordham – the Consortium on Social Justice was founded in 2007 to coordinate social justice activities university-wide.
