Understanding the Attributes: Overall Happiness

Picasso said “everything exists in limited quantity – especially happiness.” While many search for wisdom, and some search for virtue, virtually everyone searches for happiness. What causes happiness differs by person and is extraordinarily complex – too complex to thoroughly examine here.

In our findings, 33% of all college graduates claim to be Very Happy. The results range from a high of 48.3% among US Military Academy graduates to a low of 19.9% among Wesleyan University graduates. After analyzing our data, we can say happiness among graduates skews toward females who tend to be conservative and choose smaller colleges.
